How do I set the date and time on a Dejavoo Z8/Z11 terminal?
Please note that Dejavoo terminals do not currently automatically adjust date and time. This means that after a download or time change (daylight savings) you will need to update your terminal's date and/or time.
- Date is in MMDDYY format - December 12, 2020 would be 121220
- Time is in 24HR format HHMMSS - 3:52pm would be 155200
Z11 Touch Screen
- From the idle prompt press the green OK key to access the Core Menu
If the green OK key does not bring up the menu, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom left of your home screen - Using your finger, tap the word UTILITY
- If prompted for a password, the manager default is 1234
- Tap the word SETTINGS
- Tap the words Date and Time
- If the date is correct, press the green OK key. If the date is incorrect, simply type in the date using the MMDDYY format.
- If the time is correct, press the green OK key. If the time is incorrect, enter the time using military/24hr format HHMMSS.
Z8 Non Touch Screen
- From the idle prompt press the green OK key to access the Core Menu.
- Using he down arrow key, highlight the word UTILITY and press OK.
- If prompted for a password, the manager default is 1234
- Using the down arrow key highlight the word SETTINGS and press OK.
- If the date is correct, press the green OK key. If the date is incorrect, simply type in the date using the MMDDYY format.
- If the time is correct, press the green OK key. If the time is incorrect, enter the time using military/24hr format HHMMSS.
