Your Merchant ID (or MID) is an important piece of information you will use to get support, make changes to your account or access your InStore Portal.

You can find your company's unique MID:

• In your welcome letter on the top right hand side of the first page
• On the sticker on side of your terminal
• Call or email your your Sales Executive
• Call 800-327-0093 with your business information to obtain your merchant number
