How to void a transaction on a DejaVoo Z8/Z11

Voiding a credit card authorization will "delete" the transaction prior to settlement. This is different from a refund in that the transaction has not been finalized. Voids must be from the current batch and the current batch must be open. For settled transactions, you will want to do a refund.
- From the idle screen tap the Star Icon
- Tap Void Transaction
- Enter manager password if prompted (default is 1234)
- Choose desired lookup method (by transaction #, all, approval code, or last)
- If amount is correct Press Green OK key. If not tap CANCEL to abort the transaction.
Help! I don't see Void Transaction on my Favorites Menu (star menu):
- Tap three lines from the bottom left of the idle screen
- Tap APPLICATIONS
- Tap CREDIT/DEBIT/EBT
- Tap HOST UTILITY
- Tap VOID TRANSACTION
- Enter manager password if prompted (default is 1234)
- Choose desired lookup method (by transaction #, all, approval code, or last)
- If amount is correct Press Green OK key. If not tap CANCEL to abort the transaction.
