Voiding a Transaction on a DejaVoo Z11

A void occurs when you need to delete a transaction from an open/unsettled batch.

Please follow the directions below (do not use the red icon on your home screen to avoid needing the full card number of the transaction in question).

  1. From the idle prompt tap ★ 
  2. Tap VOID TRANSACTION
  3. Tap BY TRANSACTION #
  4. Input TRANSACTION #
  5. Confirm by tapping SELECT
